Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models and pipelines
- Develop and deploy AI solutions for production environments
- Work with large datasets and optimize model performance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities
- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research and technologies
- Document models, experiments, and findings
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in ML/AI development
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI
- Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment practices
- Strong mathematical foundation in statistics and linear algebra
- Experience with cloud ML services (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI)
Nice to Have
- Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
- Publications in ML/AI conferences
- Experience with real-time ML systems
